AOC Patrimonio Rosé 2008
Cuvée Osé

Geology Place named E CROCE and PARTINELONE clay-limestone soils with  bands of schist.
Method of cultivation Traditional – Soil cultivation – Organic enrichment – no herbicides.
Vine variety 100 % Niellucio, traditional Corsican variety.
Density 4000 feet / hectare.
Yeild 40 hl / ha.
Vintage Manual, grape selection, they should be wholesome and ripe.
Vinification Light bleeding after 12 hours of maceration in vats destined for red wines. Cold settling at  8 ° C during 24 hours, fining on must.
Fermentation In stainless steel tanks, thermo regulation at 18°C, from 15 to 20 days, without malolactic fermentation.
Maturation 6 months minimum in a stainless steel tank.
Filtration Light filtration through filter pads  before bottling.

Comments on tasting

Robe: limpid, brilliant, beautiful pale pink colour

Nose: floral.

Mouth: fresh, with a sparkling note. 

How to drink it

An ideal summer wine to accompany cold buffet and barbecue.

Served cool at 8°C.

Should not be conserved for more than 2 years.
