Geology Place named PARTINELONE, clay-limestone soils with  bands of schist.
Method of cultivation Traditional.
Vine variety 100 % UGNI BLANC
Density 4000 feet / hectare.
Yield 50 hl / ha.
Vintage Manual, grape selection, they should be wholesome and ripe.
Vinification Pressing of the whole vintage. Cold settling at 8° C during 24 hours, fining on must.
Fermentation In stainless steel tanks, thermo regulation at 18°C, from 15 to 20 days, without malolactic fermentation.
Maturation 6 months minimum in a stainless steel tank.
Filtration Light filtration through filter pads  before bottling.

Comments on tasting

Robe:  Beautiful pale golden robe

Nose: fine aroma of white flowers, acacia.

Mouth: fresh, easy-drinking, slightly acid.

How to drink it

It can be served for aperitif, but also can accompany grilled fish, sea urchin, cheeses.

Served cool, between 8° and 10°.

Conservation from 2 to 5 years.
